Ivana and Kyle did an incredible job selling my apartment, start to finish, in a very challenging market: They staged the apartment tastefully using the furniture we had on hand and touched up the photos to make it look its best at no charge. They put in the legwork of holding open houses and kept me updated after every show. They read the market and recommended an appropriate price for the listing after the first few weeks, which it stayed at until the sale. They provided great counsel to me during the negotiation to make the deal happen. Astoundingly, they kept the buyer on board with the original contract through coronavirus, in an environment where most deals were delayed, canceled, or re-negotiated. Kyle sent our personal effects (including framed photos) we had left in the apartment since we could not come to NYC for the closing. They were not small or light (thank you, Kyle!). We finished with a virtual close, despite 2 banks and a co-op board being involved, against all odds. What a relief! Besides saving our bacon with the sale, Ivana and Kyle are both very warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough, and will obviously use them in the future if/when we move back to the area. I wish there were more stars than 5 to give!

Do yourself a favor and trust this fantastic duo. It's no secret that buying or renting an apartment in New York City is the (crazy) stuff of legend. After searching for months, I finally found "the one." The listing photos were gorgeous, the description pure magic, and it was priced to get attention. After one open house, the seller had ten offers on the table. Three days and one bidding way later, my way-over-asking price offer was accepted, and the apartment was mine. My point. Seven happy years later, when I wanted to rent the apartment out, I turned to the team that represented the seller. And let me say – Ivana and Kyle did it again. They photographed my apartment on Monday, had the listing live on Wednesday, and after a one-hour open house on Friday, we had a dozen+ offers. Most were over the asking price, and several offered to pay the broker fee on my behalf. Ivana and Kyle handled everything, from negotiating to preparing the board package, and I got the most incredible tenant for my home.
